This is an app that allows on-site staff at stores and warehouses that are looking to hire foreign nationals to obtain correct information and make employment decisions without any hassle, specialized knowledge, or human error. We will reduce compliance risks by conducting more rigorous recruitment operations for foreign nationals.■ What you can do with AIRVISA READER① IC chip readingYou can retrieve the information recorded in the IC chip of your residence card by simply holding your NFC-equipped terminal over it. There is no need to manually enter the information written on the ticket, making it easy to obtain the correct information.② Employment determinationEmployment decisions can be made based on the data read from the IC chip. The app will automatically determine whether you can work or not, without having to have any knowledge of the complex residence status system.③ Acquisition and recording of supplementary informationFor example, for international students, the IC chip on their residence card alone is not enough to confirm their qualifications. The app will present you with supplementary information that you should check, such as a stamp sticker for permission to engage in activities other than that permitted under the status of residence previously granted, and your student ID card. By taking those photos, you can obtain them as image data and preserve them properly.④ Data linkageWhile checking the scanned residence status information, etc., select ``hiring or ``rejecting on the app. Data on foreign nationals who have been “hired” can be managed by linking to the PC version of AIRVISA. Please note that the data on the app will be automatically deleted after a certain period of time, so you can rest assured.⑤ Registration in the human resources management system *If SmartHR has been introducedThrough AIRVISA, it is possible to link the information read by the app to SmartHR. Therefore, you can register to join the company without having to manually enter information.
